BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As a Manager, Program Management on the Business Integration team, you'll establish project management standards and oversee Project Management staff. You'll drive strategic development and implementation of projects from original concept through final implementation to meet strategic company and departmental initiatives. WHAT OUR PROGRAM MANAGEMENT MANAGERS ENJOY MOST Working with leadership to create roadmaps and coordinate development and implementation of multiple initiatives Tracking project statuses, adjusting team member assignments and resource allocations to ensure delivery of projects on time and on budget Conducting performance reviews and monitoring continuous improvement plans Coaching and counseling employees while planning, monitoring, and appraising job results Ensuring alignment between project objectives and technical/operational solutions Creating weekly status update presentations for leadership If you enjoy working collaboratively, have excellent interpersonal skills, a diplomatic approach, confidence, and comfort around peers and leadership teams, this may be the role for you.
