Malware Reverse Engineer / Offensive Tool Developer Position Summary DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a Malware Reverse Engineer with low-level development expertise to support advanced Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) efforts. The ideal candidate brings a rare combination of reverse engineering tradecraft and kernel-level programming experience, enabling them to analyze malware in depth, replicate adversary techniques, and build bespoke tools that operate at or below the operating system kernel. This role requires a professional who can move seamlessly between analysis and development - tearing apart malicious code, writing custom proof-of-concepts or drivers, and briefing findings with clarity. Candidates should be comfortable bridging offensive and defensive mindsets to strengthen mission outcomes. Minimum Qualifications
Target Salary Range: $200,000 - $250,000 annually The listed pay range is intended as a general guideline and does not represent a guaranteed salary.
