As our Manufacturing Engineering Technician, you'll support HID's successby:

• Driving and managing change implementation, ensuring effective control and identifying opportunities for systemic improvement.

• Developing and maintaining graphic proofs for manufactured products with precision and consistency.
• Executing tasks using a structured, well-documented, and methodical approach.
• Communicating clearly and effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrating autonomy, proactivity, adaptability, and a commitment to accuracy.
• Exhibiting strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.

YourExperienceand Background include:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant experience is accepted.
• 0-5 years of practical experience in design or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong understanding of the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process.
• Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Agile.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
• Familiar with Oracle.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
• Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
