Job Summary The Facilities Maintenance Technician supports safe and efficient operations by performing mechanical and electrical maintenance on industrial equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and improving machinery using technical schematics, precision tools, and manufacturer specifications. The role requires independent work, collaboration, and a strong understanding of industrial systems to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with operational standards. Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) Compensation: $21.94/hour - $37.58/hour Job Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, and production equipment etc Interpret technical diagrams, sketches, manuals, and specifications to perform maintenance and repairs Design or modify mechanical systems and determine appropriate production methods Assist in the construction, installation, and commissioning of industrial machinery and equipment Perform welding, HVAC, cabinet fabrication, and general facility maintenance tasks Ensure compliance with operational tolerances and applicable code specifications Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document and manage maintenance activities Operate with minimal supervision while maintaining high safety and quality standards Perform additional duties as assigned by management Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent Minimum of 5 years of general mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at various heights for extended periods Must be a U.S. Person in accordance with ITAR regulations and site SSA requirements Preferred Qualifications Experience in HVAC, electrical systems, welding, and pipe fitting Proficiency in using CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting Why Join Us: Work with cutting-edge technology and innovative projects.
