Recruitment Title: Service Owner, Academic Technology Support Services As the Service Owner for Academic Technology Support Services (ATSS), you will have a lead role in defining and guiding the future of support for Academic Technology at the University of Minnesota. This position actively leads efforts by a cross-functional team of instructional designers, academic technologists, and media producers to identify and create services to support instructors in the use of academic technology in all course modalities from in-person to fully online. A successful Service Owner identifies and pilots emerging technologies that enhance teaching and learning across the university, and proactively provides the support needed by instructors. This position works closely with colleges and system campuses as well as other central units to provide a vision for what services should be offered at the college or system campus level versus offered centrally for the entire university. The ATSS service owner works with individuals and groups from across the university system which will require an ability to effectively communicate with a broad and diverse audience.
