Komatsu is embarking on an enterprise-wide initiative to transform our digital experience. We are seeking a Product Manager - Adobe Marketing Technology (Notification Manager) with hands-on experience in Adobe marketing technology and communication tools to join the Global Digital Office, supporting digital initiatives for all business segments (e.g. Construction; Mining; Montabert; Forestry; Forklift, etc.) across regions. This position plays a key role in Komatsu's digital transformation (KX) strategy, strengthening our ability to create value together by delivering consistent, customer-centric communications at scale. The Product Manager for the Adobe Marketing Technology stack will be responsible for defining, delivering, and optimizing Komatsu's enterprise notification management capabilities across the Adobe Experience Cloud. This role balances business enablement and technical execution to ensure Komatsu can communicate with customers, dealers, and employees in a relevant, timely, and compliant manner localized to regions and business entities. Working in partnership with global and regional stakeholders, the Product Manager will serve as the strategic owner for how Komatsu orchestrates multi-channel notifications globally (email, SMS, push, in-app, and future communication-delivery channels). Track and report on KPIs adoption, engagement, and business impact of notification programs, including net new rollouts, as well as legacy system transition of delivery and reporting method Technical Execution & Delivery

Pay and Benefits
At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays between$88,100 and $110,100.The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
