The Learning and Development Shared Services Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning experiences of our organization by developing and implementing innovative instructional strategies. This position is responsible for leading a team of instructional designers and the LMS team to create engaging and effective blended learning programs and experiences that cater to adult learners.

Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers, system administrator and training coordinator in the development of high-quality learning experiences and materials.
  • Design and implement blended learning solutions that incorporate various instructional methodologies and technologies to ensure that all instructional materials are aligned with adult learning theories and best practices, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Leverage technology and tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate, the manager will enhance the delivery of training content across various platforms. Ultimately, the goal is to elevate the overall learning experience, driving employee performance and organizational success.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner feedback to continuously improve instructional programs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all instructional materials are completed on schedule.

Requirements
Required Skills:


  • The required skills in blended learning and instructional design will be utilized daily to create comprehensive training programs that engage adult learners effectively.
  • Proficiency in adult learning theory will guide the development of content that resonates with diverse learning styles and preferences.
  • The use of Articulate Storyline will enable the creation of interactive and visually appealing e-learning modules, enhancing learner engagement.
  • Additionally, strong skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Captivate will facilitate the organization and presentation of instructional materials and reports.
  • Contribute to the successful execution of training initiatives that support the organization's goals.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects and timelines.


Required Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, with a focus on adult learning.
  • Minimum of 3 year of experience managing a team.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.


Preferred Experience:


  • Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience as a training professional within the finance industry.
