We are seeking an entry-level Active Directory (AD) Administrator / IAM Engineer to support our Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. This role will work closely with senior team members to manage and enhance our Azure AD, on-prem AD, Exchange, and Microsoft 365 environments. The ideal candidate is coachable, flexible, and eager to grow in a cybersecurity-conscious environment. Collaborate with senior engineers to implement IAM best practices Provide day-to-day support to reduce workload on senior staff (e.g., Tim Bates) Participate in IAM-related projects and documentation efforts Top Skills Details 1. Assist in the administration and support of Azure Active Directory and on-prem Active Directory environments 2. Support Exchange and Microsoft 365 configurations and user management 3. Help define and build out IAM roles and access policies 1+ years of experience in IT administration or IAM (internships or academic projects count) Familiarity with Azure AD, Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365 *Skills* Active directory, Azure, Group policy, Exchange, Scripting, Provisioning, Windows server, Windows *Top Skills Details* Active directory,Azure,Group policy,Exchange,Scripting,Provisioning *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Someone knowledgeable, but not necessarily an SME Coachable and open to feedback Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities Comfortable working independently and as part of a team *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
