Position Overview

Reporting to the EVP, National Specialty Lending, the Senior Project Administrator is responsible for general administration and project management for the National Specialty Lending department. This role has a high level of visibility and partners with employees and management throughout the organization.

Essential Job Functions

National Specialty Lending



  • Serve as primary support for Compeer Loans; Liaise between Compeer and internal operations.

    • Participate in bi-weekly Compeer calls
    • Document meeting notes and partner with all parties to ensure completion of action items


  • Attend and participate in bi-weekly staff meetings and work with management team to document meeting notes and follow-up regarding action items.
  • Generate and produce routine reports for Consumer Lending and Powersport; support Funding activities.
  • Manage coordination of monthly OEM promotional pricing files and audits.
  • Manage a wide array of legal responsibilities pertaining to National Specialty Lending business with a focus on legal related complaints. Coordinate compliant research with NSL team and engage internal and external counsel as appropriate for satisfactory resolution. Complete bank complaint logs are appropriate.
  • Serve as point person for audit and/or compliance related requests for National Specialty Lending. Engage appropriate stakeholders to resolve requests.
  • Support sales team with the facilitation of marketing requests and materials; liaise with Marketing team as appropriate.


General Banking



  • Serve as liaison to Shareholders to direct and assist with their banking needs. Leverage business partners to ensure customer needs are addressed.
  • Assist with the transition of account management of large Shareholder commercial accounts.


General Administration



  • Coordinate collections and distribution of internal management and board reports.
  • Support Dealer Relations in the creation of OEM and dealer presentations.
  • Support Senior Management on partnership presentations.
  • Support EVP, National Powersport Lending with calendar management, internal presentations, and general administrative duties (filing, scanning, expense reports, etc.)
  • Provide general support to National Specialty Lending to include coordination of travel, on and offsite event management, staffing coordination, office supplies and equipment management.
  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree and five or more years of project administration (or related) experience within a bank, commercial or consumer lending, legal, or financial service environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strong organization and time management skills with excellent attention to detail and follow up.
  • Intermediate to advanced working experience with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-directed and responsive; takes initiative, works well independently and as part of team. Resourceful and influential.
  • Experience with creating presentations, ad hoc reports and analysis, and Board reports.


Preferred, but not required:



  • Notary
  • Paralegal certificate or related experience
  • Salesforce and/or CRM experience a plus


Location Details

This position is primarily onsite at the Oakbrook Terrace, IL location with flexibility to work remote once per week dependent upon business needs.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay: $76,000-$110,000 annually
