Levridge is looking for a highly motivated, honest, and passionate person who wants to join our team as a Consultant. We're creating industry-shaping IP to helpagriculture businesses take advantage of the robust infrastructure that Microsoft Dynamics provides. Levridge was built to truly modernize how business is being done at Ag Retailers, Ag Co-ops, and Commodity Processors, making processes much more efficient, organized, and accessible.
As a Consultant at Levridge, you will bring your combined industry and technology expertise to the team. You will be instrumental in thehands-on configuration, implementation, support,and optimizationof the Levridge commodity accounting module that helps our clients modernize and grow.
A Day in the Life During Implementation
    • Work with clients to understand and document their business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and drive the conversation through clarifying questions
    • Lead or assist with Joint Process Design sessions with clients, help present out-of-the-box functionality, and help identifybusiness/system gaps
    • Participate with design/scope of a project
    • Assist and/or facilitate and execute the successful implementation of Levridge
    • Participate in frequent team meetings
    • Participate with data migration and testing
    • Participate in converting client requirements to functional specs and design documents
    • Participate in the design, configuration, and testing of core solutions modules
    • Set aside time for self-development by attending training or self-learning on key subjects
    • Participate in delivering creative solutions to client challenges by applying product knowledge and industry experience
    • Communicate effectively in all mediums and to multiple levels within the organization
    • Efficiently work across multiple projects and priorities
A Day in the Life Post-Implementation
    • Deliver high-quality support leading to strong customer satisfaction
    • Troubleshoot system errors
    • Maintain support systems with the latest case information to effectively relay status information
    • Communicate with clients in the most effective medium for the end user to quickly get resolution to their questions
    • Assist in the testing of Levridge release candidates
    • Create internal technical documentation, contribute to blog content, and participate in group discussions on process improvement
    • Participates in document creation and conducts training sessions with clients
Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in related industry fields or equivalent work experience
    • 2+ years of direct work experience in a commodity processor or in an ag retailer strongly preferred
    • 1+ year F&O product knowledge
    • 2-5+ years of consulting experience
    • Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements and streamline/automate business processes
    • Ability to present persuasively and effectively
    • Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English
    • Work Location: This position is available remotely in the United States.
    • Travel Required:Incumbent is expected to regularlymeetwith client teamsacross the United States and Canada (up to 25%) and willbe asked to attend industry events from time to time

Compensation
    • Our philosophy is to provide compensation that is Competitive, Equitable, and Driven by Performance. Various factors impact our pay ranges including market conditions and national salary data. To determine competitive salaries within this range we consider candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. These are national ranges, inclusive of bonus opportunities and could represent multiple role levels.
    • US (USD): $80,000 - $130,000
