The Johns Hopkins Radiology Support Center is the first response to users during critical use of clinical applications such as OR procedures that require imaging or Interventional radiology procedures.

We are currently searching for a Support Center Analyst to join our elite team. Our team supports 1500+ employees on a dirvers selection of workstations and software products. As a Support Center Analyst you will:



  • Isolate, identify, and follow through on problems
  • Log all calls and escalate issues appropriately
  • Install and configure both PC and MAC operating systems
  • Install, upgrade and configure network printers
  • Act as a resource to users


What is Expected of You?



  • Ability to work as a team as well as individually
  • Good understanding of networking - IP Subnets, VPN
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro and proficient at using email and shared calendaring
  • Must be willing to travel between sites and to Radiologists residence
  • Must be willing to work weekends

Minimum Qualifications:



  • High school diploma
  • Bachelor's or Associates degree in related field preferred
  • Three (3) years experience
  • Experience must be in one or more of the following areas: technical support, production support, systems ore applications analysis, applications programming, LAN or WAN technology


Shift:

Full Time (40 hours)

8:00am-4:30pm

This will be a hybrid position.

Salary Range: Minimum $22.04/hour - Maximum $38.58/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.



In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
