Job Title: Team Leader - In House Location: Park City, Utah Terms: Seasonal, full time roles available Pay : $21.50/hour base wage, plus tips. Estimated Start Date: 11/3/2025 Requirements: Expect weekend and holiday work. Valid Drivers License required . Daily operations broken into morning and evening shifts. Previous hospitality experience preferred, not required ! About the role: Team leaders (aka shift managers) are responsible for upholding Ski Butlers customer service standards while managing the flow of day-to-day operations. No two days are the same as a team leader! Adapting to the environment, managing expectations and leading by example are all qualities of highly effective leadership, especially in this role. In house Team Leaders are the face of Ski Butlers at our on-site hotel service center locations. This role aims to provide a seamless experience for all hotel guests using the hotel's skier services. From arrival to departure, team leaders welcome guests to the resort, store their equipment for daily use , work with hotel team members and create a genuine, personal hospitality experience unlike any other.
