Information Technology Support Coordinator

Catholic Charities Maine, a faith-based, nonprofit organization, has been serving Maine's most vulnerable populations since 1966. Through innovative, community-based programs, we support individuals and families across the state in areas such as behavioral health, child development, refugee and immigration services, senior outreach, and dental care.

We are currently seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Full-Time IT Support Coordinator to join our Central Services team.

Description: The IT Support Coordinator will provide on-site support in the field and remote offices of Catholic Charities Maine in conjunction with the outsourced help desk and IT Managed Services through the agencies chosen vendor.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems.
• Three (3) years' experience serving in help desk or technical support capacity as well as computer literacy is required.

Starting Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 Annually. Starting salary contingent with experience/education.
