Job Summary Job Description As a Specialist in the Performance Reporting & Reconciliation team with RBC Wealth Management, you will be responsible for daily account reconciliation of cash, positions and alternative investments in the performance reporting applications. You will provide analysis for difficult performance reporting issues and problem solve as needed independently. You will create ad-hoc customized performance reports for high net worth clients, and provide support to financial advisors and internal business partners for performance reporting inquiries. You will partner with the department manager to develop and enhance quality checking reports to reduce erroneous data elements within the Addepar application. Lastly, you will act as a point of contact for escalated performance reporting questions. What will you do?

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $45,000 - $75,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
