Group Manager (Water Resources)

As a Group Manager, you strive to lead both your team and your profits. You have extensive experience both out on the field as well as handling the "business" side of geotechnical engineering. Engineers, technicians, and project managers look to you for mentoring both technically and in building client relationships. You know how to set the bar high and not only achieve that goal yourself - but bring others along with you. You are extremely hard working and strive to ensure that your team delivers the best quality. • Requires a commitment to lead and mentor a team of water resources professionals across the Florida footprint
• Oversee projects and perform technical report reviews, prepare proposals and management of the departments and group related P&L
• Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development staff in marketing our services
• Interact with senior staff members and mentor junior staff members
• Assist with recruiting and maintaining an adequate staff level in your group

• BS or MS in Civil Engineering, Geology, or related
• 8+ years of environmental consulting experience
