What you'll be doing...

Information technology is at the core of our operations, directly impacting the customer experience. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the technical requirements for our customer fulfillment and fleet functions. You'll develop a deep understanding of their system needs, collaborating with onshore and offshore engineering teams to build and rigorously test quality system improvements, ensuring they meet precise technical specifications. Your efforts in streamlining workflow and system enhancements will directly contribute to our ability to dispatch and respond to customers with maximum effectiveness.

  • Translating Business Needs into Technical Requirements: Provide technical account management to customer fulfillment and fleet functions, building robust business partner relationships and a deep understanding of their technical processes and system dependencies.
  • Technical Program Prioritization & Alignment: Design and maintain technical program prioritization lists, identify architectural or integration misalignments, and lead discussions with business partners to achieve technical consensus and common ground.
  • Technical Communication & Reporting: Deliver executive-level presentations that clearly and concisely describe proposed technical improvements, their underlying architecture, and their quantifiable benefits.
  • Driving Technical Quality & Testing: Lead quality system improvements from high-level specifications to detailed technical designs. Develop comprehensive test plans and structure test scripts for maximum reusability and efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring & Defect Management: Track technical defects, develop metrics for monitoring program benefits, and analyze return on investment for technical initiatives.

What we're looking for...

You are an exceptional communicator capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences. Your strong prioritization and technical project management skills enable you to consistently meet deadlines in fast-paced, dynamic environments. You thrive in virtual team environments, collaborating with engineers and technical leaders to manage, meet, and exceed demanding technical customer expectations.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end project/program management of projects that are technical in nature, requiring the utilization of advanced technological skills (e.g., coding, systems architecture, engineering) to meet project goals.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with Agile Development and DevOps methodologies, including grooming user stories, tracking progress against deadlines during development sprint cycles and managing release execution.
  • Experience with developing robust test plans and test scripts from functional specifications.
  • Experience providing support for technical requirements development and management.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Six or more years of relevant technical project management experience.
  • Any relevant technical certifications related to Agile, SAFE or Scrum Master.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, sales operations and architectures.
  • Experience in testing Enterprise-level solutions within an Agile/DevOps environment.
  • Understanding of both agile and waterfall project management methods in a technical context.
  • Experience with Business Analysis, Business Intelligence (BI), Cloud Computing, Data Warehousing (DW), Enterprise Architecture Frameworks, Scrum, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Software Documentation.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $106,500.00 - $174,000.00.
