Description
Job Summary We are looking for a Remote Telephonic Triage RN to help support our 24/7 Injury Care and Telemedicine program. This position is focused on using a new approach to helping employees return to work. The primary responsibility of this position is to facilitate appropriate and timely health care with the focus on employee return-to-work and the return to maximum functionality. This is accomplished by providing the assessment and guidance at the time of a workplace injury telephonically. Schedule: 4 days per week; 10 hour shifts 7:00am - 5:30pm MST. with rotating weekends and holidays included in the scheduled workweek. This position has a start date of Friday, August 22, 2025. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1) Provide initial injury intake, follow up and case closures in accordance with Policy Procedure.

The schedule for this position is 4 days per week; 10 hour shifts 7:00am - 5:30pm MST. You must be able to work rotating weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays. The hourly pay range for this position is $31.00-$43.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the final candidate within this range depends on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications.
