Guardian Glass is looking for a Maintenance Planner in Geneva, NY!

For this role we anticipate paying $28-35/hr.

Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm, no holidays.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules for equipment and facilities
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance and maintenance data to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize maintenance processes and reduce downtime
• Prepare reports and documentation related to maintenance activities

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Technical knowledge of mechanical/ electrical systems in a manufacturing environment
• Experience using a CMMS
• Minimum of 2 years expereince in same or similar role

What Will Put You Ahead

• Knowledge or certification in Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Predictive Maintenance (PdM) strategies
• Extensive CMMS platform experience (generating KPIs, optimizing workflows, creating custom reports, asset hierarchy setup)
