Your future role "Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless industrialization of products by designing, implementing, and maintaining essential tooling solutions. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Process & Manufacturing Engineers, Supply Chain, EHS, Industrial Quality, and Sourcing), contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and much more." We'll look to you for:
Identifying tooling needs with the PIM and Costing Manager during tenders.,
Evaluating the total cost of tooling, broken down into study, manufacturing, implementation, and maintenance.,
Analyzing tooling requests and proposing adequate solutions during product/project industrialization.,
Writing functional specifications and obtaining approval from Process & Manufacturing engineers, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, EHS, and Industrial Quality representatives.,
Sending documented purchase requests, participating in RFQ analysis, and contributing to business awards with Sourcing.,
Performing the design of tooling or managing subcontracted design work.,
Validating tooling designs through design reviews with relevant stakeholders.,
Validating manufactured tooling and ensuring readiness for use.,
Writing operating procedures, training manufacturing teams on tooling usage, and following up on tooling implementation and first use.,
Specifying inspection operations, handling, and maintenance instructions, and writing periodic inspection sheets.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality representatives. ,
Proficiency in CAD software for tooling design. ,

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate tooling implementation. ,
Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental (EHS) considerations in manufacturing. ,
