ATI is seeking a Senior Treasury Operations Analyst to join our Finance and Treasury team at our Headquarters located in Dallas, Texas. This is an onsite position in the Dallas office 5 days per week. As an integral member of ATI's Treasury department, your core responsibilities will span the treasury organization and include global cash and liquidity management, cash forecasting, and support for the risk management (hedging and insurance), leasing, and pension functions.

A successful Senior Treasury Operations Analyst is innovative and process-oriented, a collaborator, and excellent communicator who can perform well in a visible role. To become successful, you will have to quickly learn ATI, our treasury function, and apply your knowledge to a variety of areas. This individual must be able to manage competing priorities across Treasury while staying focused and delivering results.

Additional Responsibilities



  • Perform day-to-day global cash operations and short-term investments for various business units and ensure appropriate back-up for all cash operations and activities while ensuring accurate calculations of ATI's cash position
  • Serve as a back-up for the current cash forecasting process and assist in development of new processes as the company grows and changes
  • Lead the day-to-day monitoring of our pension assets, including management of cash and investments, and relationship management with Trustee
  • Responsible for monthly pension performance and asset reporting
  • Integral part of forecasting, reporting, and executing on corporate hedging program including FX and commodities
  • Lead initiative to better track bank spend and performance through creating and maintaining a dashboard
  • Assist in the documentation of critical treasury processes
  • Assist in managing the SOX compliance processes related to treasury operations
  • Assists in compliance-related tasks with global banking-including account documentation, Know Your Customer requests, account signers and management of bank fees
  • Participate in special projects as needed

Basic Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
  • Minimum 7-years of Treasury experience
  • Experience with a Treasury Management System (FIS Applications preferred)



Preferred Qualifications (in addition to Basic Qualifications)



  • Exposure to capital markets and pension is highly preferred
