This position will be remote within the United States with a preference to candidates in Utah that are able to come into the office 1-2 days per week. Job Summary Henry Schein One is seeking a Sr Software Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams building Dentrix, the industry's must trusted and awarded dental practice management system. This individual will drive excellence across engineering, quality assurance, and product delivery, while fostering a high-performance, people-first culture. You'll play a key role in aligning engineering with strategic objectives, enabling delivery through empowered teams, and ensuring security, compliance, and reliability at scale. You will lead team leaders and engineers to execute projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with cross-functional collaboration across product, architecture, and business leadership. The posted range for this position is$135,000 - $195,000which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
