The Opportunity

Adobe is seeking a dynamic and strategic Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our University Recruiting team. This leader will oversee a team of Talent Partners responsible for driving Adobe's university hiring strategy in North America-attracting, engaging, and hiring top early-in-career talent across intern and new graduate programs. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for developing future talent pipelines, a commitment to operational excellence, and a deep understanding of how to deliver exceptional experiences for all involved.

What you'll Do
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Talent Partners to meet Adobe's talent acquisition needs with a keen focus on university / early-career talent.
  • Influence Adobe's global university and early-career talent strategy
  • Partner with Campus Relations, Programs & Experience, and Business Delivery teams for seamless delivery of hiring objectives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners to forecast headcount and define hiring needs.
  • Lead and champion inclusive hiring practices.
  • Apply data and insights to track performance, optimize processes, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent Adobe at key university events and build robust relationships with academic institutions and student organizations.
  • Lead compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to early career hiring.
  • Lead and drive University-related projects that span North America and sometimes multiple international regions
  • Partner effectively with our Sourcing function as well as our Programs team to enhance value
  • Strive for continuous improvement of our strategy and execution, especially incorporating an AI-first approach
What you need to succeed
  • Proficiency in leading Talent Acquisition teams to achieve a strategy, with prior experience leading University or early-career recruiting programs.
  • Expert in leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Profound knowledge of university recruiting cycles, trends, and standard methodologies.
  • Strong collaborator management skills and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday), CRM tools, and recruiting analytics.
  • Passion for Adobe's mission and values, and a dedication to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Preferred: Experience working in a global organization with distributed teams and familiarity with Adobe's talent philosophy.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $137,000 -- $263,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
