JOB DESCRIPTION
The Automation Quality Engineer will collaborate closely with business, product, and technical stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality software through the implementation of efficient and scalable automation solutions. This position is responsible for verifying the usability and functionality of products, services, and systems. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks, along with strong technical and programming capabilities. They will also demonstrate the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Furthermore, the role will contribute to the definition and implementation of quality standards and testing methodologies aimed at enhancing efficiency, reliability, and overall system performance. This position will play a critical role in advancing the organization's strategic objectives related to production quality and process improvement. RESPONSIBILITIES

Base Pay Information The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications.
