Description We are seeking a proactive and versatile Software Onboarding & Coordination Specialist to support enterprise software intake, onboarding, and license optimization efforts. This role will serve as a liaison between business partners, IT, and vendors to streamline software adoption, ensure compliance with technical and documentation standards, and reduce unnecessary software spend. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, technically curious, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate the onboarding of new software titles, including gathering technical requirements, facilitating architecture reviews, and ensuring documentation is complete. - Work with business partners and IT teams to track and manage software usage, identify unused licenses, and support cost-saving initiatives. - Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and compliance with internal processes. - Support ad hoc IT and business projects, including documentation, meeting coordination, and light project planning. - Monitor software inventory reports and assist in harvesting unused or redundant software licenses Skills Asset management, Software asset management, Asset inventory, Inventory management, Data analysis, Data manipulation, Servicenow Top Skills Details Asset management,Software asset management,Asset inventory,Inventory management Additional Skills & Qualifications Location: Peoria, IL Onsite, 5 days/week Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
