*Description*
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Software Onboarding & Coordination Specialist to support enterprise software intake, onboarding, and license optimization efforts. This role will serve as a liaison between business partners, IT, and vendors to streamline software adoption, ensure compliance with technical and documentation standards, and reduce unnecessary software spend. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, technically curious, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate the onboarding of new software titles, including gathering technical requirements, facilitating architecture reviews, and ensuring documentation is complete. - Work with business partners and IT teams to track and manage software usage, identify unused licenses, and support cost-saving initiatives. - Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and compliance with internal processes. - Support ad hoc IT and business projects, including documentation, meeting coordination, and light project planning. - Monitor software inventory reports and assist in harvesting unused or redundant software licenses *Skills* Asset management, Software asset management, Asset inventory, Inventory management, Data analysis, Data manipulation, Servicenow *Top Skills Details* Asset management,Software asset management,Asset inventory,Inventory management *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Location: Peoria, IL Onsite, 5 days/week *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
