Position: Television Video Producer Intern

Reporting to: Senior Television Art Producer
Location: Topeka, KS- Onsite
Overview:
Are you looking for a fast-paced internship in the video production and advertising world? This ongoing internship offers you the opportunity to dive into video editing and work in a state-of-the-art production studio. We're looking for an intern who is self-motivated, organized, and excited to learn. If you want to work and collaborate with some of the best in media, apply today!
What you'll do:
- Assist our production team during studio production days
- Hands on work with studio cameras, audio & mic equipment, studio set-up & tear down, and other miscellaneous studio duties as assigned
- Assist with post-production; (e.g. edit videos combining raw footage and audio, photo stills, graphics and selecting background music)
- Maintain production timelines and ensure video assets are delivered to television stations on schedule
- Complete and maintain video file organization and logging
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Experience you'll bring:
- Must have experience with video editing
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Ability to working independently and with a team
- Demo reel with previous video projects
Bonus Points:
- Basic knowledge and experience in lighting, shooting, motion graphics and media file conversion
- Experience in Adobe After Effects
