YOU As a Business Strategy Analyst, you will assist in supporting the development and deployment of strategic initiatives through analyzing internal and external data. You will support multiple complex projects and drive outcomes with optimal results. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING(% of Time) Business Strategy, Planning, and Analysis: Support business stakeholders with scalable analytic solutions that help generate data-driven insights, monitor KPI trends and identify root cause analysis. Support the branch's long-term business strategy and planning work by facilitating the development of the plan framework and visibility. Monitor medium to long-term business trends/outlooks and gather intelligence to contribute to strategic business planning discussions with leadership. Partner with leaders to ensure business success by reinforcing positive trends and facilitating the removal of barriers to success. Establish, manage, and present business and financial analysis to support and track our business strategy and planning. (35%) Project Management: Provide central support and control for the branch's initiatives through excellent project management best practices. Coordinate and lead meetings and follow-up on open action items by delivering assigned projects, tasks, and deliverables to respective leaders. Develop tools and models for data analysis in support of branch objectives. Monitor dependencies across multiple inter-related projects and teams. (30%) Communication: Work closely with the branch leadership team to create and prepare senior leadership team meeting materials. Build Excel and PowerPoint templates to be used across departments for consistency. Create and monitor reports and dashboards in SAP for analysis and quarterly updates. Manage the follow up communication for all action meeting action items as required. (20%) Provide additional organizational and consultative assistance and collaboration with other departments and branches when required. Travel This job requires 10% domestic travel. Work Status & Location This full-time, exempt position is located in Riverside, CA. Relocation Relocation is not available for this position.
