Salesforce Inc. seeks Product Manager in San Francisco, CA: Job Duties: Responsible for meeting with target customers to demo the product, roadmap, seek feedback and add any relevant features to the backlog based on consolidated asks. Improve existing features to help better serve customers' needs. Plans for and scopes out future features based on customer feedback, industry trends and engineering feasibility. Prioritizes work for product team from the backlog that manages including software engineering, Product Marketing, UX designer, & Content Writer Ensures that the team is delivering features as per the planned timeline. Attend development scrum calls on a biweekly basis, tracking developers' work items and velocity, and understanding and clearing any blocks to development when meeting with the engineering manager and architect. Liaises with internal stakeholders to enable collaboration wherever necessary. Seeking alignment at leadership (SVP level), pitching the integration ideas and action plan for both teams involved. Works with other product teams to integrate their load testing and test management capabilities into the Scale Test product. Presents overall product progress with the support of the technical program manager that includes various swim lanes such as sales, engineering, marketing, UX, CX initiatives on leadership calls both on a monthly and quarterly basis. Seeks leadership feedback and alignment on key items for the upcoming months on monthly progress calls. Enables various sales and account teams to sell Scale Test, resolve their queries in internal calls and plan for customer meetings with them. Commercially launches features/products into the market by liaising with Go-to-market, Pricing, Marketing, Legal, Enablement and other teams. Captures impact and success stories for the product and share them with the leadership and broader audience in our various internal channels. Plans and presents product sessions along with success stories at various large customer forums such as TrailblazerDX, Dreamforce, Salesforce World Tours and local Dreamin events. HQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field. Special Skill Requirements: (1) Data Analysis, (2) Prototyping, (3) Agile Development, (4) Market Research, (5) Software Development; (6) SQL, (7) R, (8) Python (9) product discovery.
