YOUR MISSION

The Global Running Business Unit is looking for an agile, dynamic, accountable and results-driven Junior Manager, Marketing to join our marketing team! The right person in this role will join a team of passionate marketers looking to maintain and build upon the brands exciting growth in performance running across the world. This role is at the center of it all with critical contributions to our building of global campaigns, maintaining seamless connectivity with international markets, and being a key connection point in all the cross-functional work that takes place behind the scenes. Supporting the Sr. Marketing Manager and, at moments, other team members, this person will help create what the future of PUMA's performance running business looks like through a consumer obsessed lens. From initial briefs through launches, integrated marketing plays a crucial role in how our business will continue to drive awareness, engagement, and ultimately, growth.

  • Assist in building disruptive omni-channel plans for upcoming product/campaign launches

  • Create global running trend reports and assist with recap materials

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to determine product roll-outs and launches

  • Serve as the go-to team member for other regions through a consistent cadence of touchbases

  • Assist in building seasonal priority presentations and product roadmaps

  • Support running team on all aspects of go-to-market process

  • Manage development and execution of seasonal training tools

  • Assist with adhoc projects on the global running business

  • Manage the sample and seeding process and distribution for the Running team in collaboration with product operations team and PR

  • Attend photoshoots for product campaigns

  • Partner with product line managers to build marketing tech tools

YOUR TALENT
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
  • 1-2 years of applicable marketing experience; passion for running preferred
  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritize workloads and multi-task
  • Exhibit the ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external colleagues, communication is paramount
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Suite applications
  • Creativity and ability to think out of the box
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and energy
  • Detail oriented, resourceful, self-motivated and proactive
  • Proven ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Ability to collect and examine data to share an informed conclusion
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 15%
