Position Title: Powder Coater
Wage: $20-$23/hour Shift: 1st, 2nd Hours: 4:50am-2:50pm Monday-Thursday, 2:40pm-12:40am Monday-Thursday QPS Employment Group is hiring a Powder Coater for a company in Menomonee Falls, WI. This is an associate to hire role. Powder Coater Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Get work assignment from Supervisor, Lead person, or scheduling tool - Make proper adjustments to powder paint equipment to provide optimum paint efficiency on each run - Troubleshoot during paint runs to ensure that painting specifications are continually met - Clean and maintain equipment to ensure proper functions - Assist in paint department by hanging and/or removing parts, preparing parts for painting, and counting parts - Prepare the surfaces of fabricated components in preparation to paint - Visually inspect parts and use touch-up paint to cover imperfections Powder Coater Requirements: - High school diploma or GED/HSED equivalent - Proficient in the English language - Basic math skills / ability to do this job - Proven manual dexterity - Complete medical questionnaire - Wear appropriate PPE - Demonstrated competence in performing the Painter activities listed above QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
