The Associate Project Manager is responsible for supporting and coordinating project activities to ensure successful delivery aligned with Infor methodologies and customer organizational priorities. This role involves regular interaction with both customer and Infor management to report on project status, track issues, and manage risks effectively. A Day in The Life Typically Includes: Lead assigned projects and successfully deploy the agreed upon solution with high customer satisfaction. Build a cross functional team for project delivery, actively manage their project assignments and help resolve any hurdles that arise. Use the project tools prescribed to execute assigned projects. Create and manage all project deliverables that include project plan, status report, financial tracker, revenue forecast tracker and customer invoices. Manage the customer expectations on the assigned projects and ensure timely communication to customer and Infor leadership. Basic Qualifications: Experience managing service delivery or support in a customer facing role. Experience working in public sector, healthcare, services, or manufacturing industries. Experience using Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to travel up to 50%. Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications: CAPM or PMP Certification preferred. Experience overseeing development of projects. Customer engagement experience. Experience working cross-functionally. Knowledge of Human Resources, Finance and/or Supply Chain business processes is desired. Experience managing budgets and project limits. Knowledge of business-to-business electronic communications (EDI, XML, etc.).
