Location: Onsite in Jacksonville, FL


Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm


Salary: $17.72 - $22.15 per hour based on experience



In this role, you will be a key member of the team responsible for efficiently administering Landstar's Drug and Alcohol Testing Program in compliance with DOT regulations. You will also manage employment verification requests. Your ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally will be essential in ensuring a consistent and accurate testing process.



Essential Responsibilities:



  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and provide quality customer service
  • Adhere to all policies regarding confidentiality
  • Process and audit drug and alcohol testing results and related paperwork
  • Work with various third-party contractors
  • Run and distribute quarterly random notification lists to various departments
  • Train representatives throughout the company
  • Process third party invoices
  • Create and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Minimum Experience and Education:



  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of customer support experience in an administrative environment


Preferred Experience and Education:



  • One year of experience with DOT rules and regulations
  • One year of inbound and outbound call center experience


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:



  • Outstanding internal and external customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision
  • Ability to remain calm in demanding situations including escalated conversations
  • Conflict resolution
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills in all modes
  • Ability to follow oral and written instruction
  • Ability to understand and interpret federal regulations
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
