Genesis10 is currently seeking a Sr. Process Design Consultant with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ, Charlotte, NC, and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Support the end-to-end management and delivery identified process improvement opportunities and mitigation of key operational risks Perform assessments of current processes and capabilities to support informing development of strategic recommendations Integrate recommendations into comprehensive roadmap and implementation plan(s) Perform data analytics and thematic analysis to derive actionable insights to enable risk management and strategic decision making Partner across PGA and APSE stakeholders to gather buy-in to strategic recommendations and drive implementation Facilitate engagement with 2nd line risk and 3rd line audit partners to proactively manage and mitigate risks Define and operationalize key risk and performance indicators (KRI/KPIs) to proactively identify issues and monitor progress against strategic priorities Support training development and delivery activities associated with improvements Prepare strategic updates to key Senior Executive Leadership, Risk Committees, and external Regulators Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience Skilled at design thinking, analytical thinking and network/relationship building Process design/process improvement experience generating real productivity gains Project management skills including ability to build work breakdown structures and facilitate teams to achieve desired results Experience driving multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical skills and ability to distill insights and themes from large amounts of data Experience with developing and executing data quality controls (reconciliations, anomalies) Experience partnering with multiple teams to collect and document requirements Ability to communicate clearly (written and verbal) and navigate various levels in the organization with the detail appropriate to the forum and audience Strong influencing and relationship building skills Highly organized with critical thinking abilities at both the strategic and tactical levels High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Strong sense of urgency Strong analytical skills, operational excellence and project management expertise and experience Desired skills: Experience with PowerQuery, SQL, and Tableau Six sigma certification Global Markets experience Pay Range: $90.77-$98.77 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
