RESPONSIBILITIES #LI-Hybrid



  • Collecting on delinquent accounts after the payment grace period has expired on direct and indirect consumer loans until referral for repossession
  • Recommending delinquent loans secured by collateral for repossession
  • Providing temporary financial hardship extensions consistent with PRK procedures
  • Exercising right of setoff that is proper and compliant with PRK procedures and regulations
  • Collecting charged-off accounts
  • Coordinating collection efforts with originating lenders and consumer lending leaders, when appropriate
  • Providing loan underwriting, loan operations and customer service issues to supervisor for appropriate follow-up with the respective functional leaders
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards
  • Other duties as assigned

SCHEDULE

Typical office hours are Monday-Friday 8a-5p. This position is hourly, non-exempt, and full time. A minimum 37.5 hours is required to maintain eligibility for full-time status. Generally, this position will require 40+ hours per week.

A flexible work arrangement is available for this position. The position will require some scheduled onsite hours - 20% in the office and 80% remote.

The candidate selected for this position would have the option to work from any office within the Park Ohio footprint.

EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Prior experience with collections, consumer lending or related field preferred

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Occasional travel to headquarters for department meetings required
