Join a dynamic manufacturing team as a Planner, where you'll play a critical role in analyzing, scheduling, and releasing weekly production requirements to meet customer demand efficiently and cost-effectively. This position is perfect for detail-oriented professionals with ERP experience who thrive in cross-functional environments and want to make an impact across the supply chain.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $25/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Analyze and adjust supply plans as part of the monthly SIOP process
  • Coordinate closely with manufacturing, procurement, quality, and customer service teams
  • Monitor production schedules and raw material availability to avoid disruptions
  • Attend cross-functional meetings to confirm accurate data and component readiness
  • Optimize weekly production planning to maximize output and meet delivery timelines
  • Communicate supply issues clearly and proactively recommend solutions
  • Ensure timely updates in ERP systems such as Sage, SAP, or Oracle




Qualifications:



  • 3+ years Supply Chain Planning or related experience.
  • Utilization of ERP systems supplemented by strong Excel support.
  • Ideally have Pharma, Nutra, or Food manufacturing experience
  • Experience with ERP systems (Sage, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a must
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive, collaborative approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
