Are you an experienced Maintenance Mechanic looking to join a fast-paced manufacturing team? Advantage Technical is seeking skilled professionals who excel in maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment and thrive in hands-on, independent roles. Open Shifts & Pay:



  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • (Must be available to work some Saturdays as needed)
  • Pay: $32-$35/hour + overtime (based on experience)



Responsibilities:



  • Respond quickly to production line calls and mechanical issues
  • Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance
  • Install, set up, and test new machinery
  • Support equipment optimization and performance improvements
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Work independently in a high-demand, fast-paced setting



Qualifications:



  • 3-5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with high-speed automation and production equipment required
  • Ability to diagnose, repair, and install complex machinery
  • Self-driven with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance best practices
