Job Summary (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned)
Responsible for gathering design, coordination, testing and support of customer intelligence reporting and the analytic needs. May work as a liaison between IT and Business to ensure proper testing is done to meet requirements. May assess the appropriateness and effectiveness of a particular policy. Identify and implement best practices to communicate and publish. May Coordinate and lead business requirements gathering meetings with management and business users of the company. Possibly ensure that relevant documents of system set up and working practices is established and maintained reflecting any changes as a result of development. Will Providing support and training associated with the operation of the systems, including induction and refresher training and arranging externally provided training if required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with Calpine IT and Calpine Supply Chain teams to optimize Supply Chain processes through technology solutions. Analyze data and implement solutions to enable continuous improvement. Calpine uses Coupa Source to Pay system, hence prior experience with this or similar platform will be desirable.
- Support the Source to Pay system users through troubleshooting and issue resolution. Design and develop major/minor enhancements in collaboration with the extended IS teams.
- Collaborate with and apprise relevant IS peers of critical project and end-user issues, and status of ongoing projects, and work effectively towards department and corporate goals.
- Collaborate with applications teams to validate, develop, test and deploy proposed solutions.
- Ensure solutions and services provided are based on the best practices for business domain and technology.
- Ensure that services are proactive and/or highly responsive. Ensure that the new releases and upgrades provided by the Coupa are effectively deployed at Calpine.
- Develop individual goals, objectives, and performance success criteria.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems
- Previous work leadership experience.
- 7-10 years directly related experience
- a minimum of five (5) years of relevant business knowledge and experience developing solutions for Source to Pay business areas preferred
- Experience and excellent understanding of Supply Chain modules of Procurement systems, preferably Coupa.
- Advanced certifications/licensures.
Additional Benefit - Hybrid with On-Site in Houston, TX: Three times a week with Manager approval
