Job Duties: Associate, Product Management with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in Richardson, Texas. Deliver world-class user experiences and visual designs while working on a multi-disciplinary team to bring designs to life. Advocate for clean, simple user-centered interfaces. Convert requirements by product managers and business stakeholders into detailed, polished, industry-leading visual designs for digital applications. Work with existing design systems and brand guidelines to create compelling visual assets and design solutions, as well as assist in defining design styles and standards, documenting design system changes, and maintaining design system library. Define research and user testing protocols and conduct upfront research to contribute to informing new and innovative product requirements, as well as user testing to validate product and design decisions. Engage in proactive problem solving as you create process and user flows, journey maps and interaction models, resulting in low to high-fidelity prototypes, artifacts and tools. Coach and mentor other team members on best practices in research, UX, and UI design to ensure they reach their full potential. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the design team's internal processes and procedures. Plan and execute co-creation workshops with stakeholders.

Job Requirements: Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Human-Centered Design, User Experience/Graphic Design, Computer Science, UX or Interaction Design, or a related field and one (1) year of experience in job offered or in a related UX Designer role OR Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Human-Centered Design, User Experience/Graphic Design, Computer Science, UX or Interaction Design, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in job offered or in a related UX Designer role. Prior work experience must include one (1) year (with a Master's degree) OR three (3) years (with a Bachelor's degree) with each of the following: conceptualizing and creating UX designs in the context of complex user journeys; using Figma to design and deliver high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces; working with UI design and visual composition including typography, spacing, placement, hierarchy and creating consistent affordances that enhance usability and result in a delightful product; conducting upfront research and usability tests, and analyzing the results to provide recommendations; creating personas and user journeys; and designing for Financial Services or other data-intensive products.
