THE HIGH LEVEL

The Partner Alliance Manager (Cisco) is responsible for the management, growth and expansion of the Cisco and Iron Bow partnership. As part of a team member focused on Iron Bows sales and marketing activities and initiatives in close alignment with those of Cisco Systems, Inc. Collaborate with our incredible Account Managers (AMs) and focus on driving Cisco sales, enablement activities and expansion across all of Iron Bow's customer base.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING



  • Work as a liaison between Cisco and Iron Bow to develop a clear understanding of the customer needs and desired business outcomes
  • Align a go-to market strategy that is beneficial to all parties
  • Work closely with Iron Bow sales teams, marketing, and leadership to develop strategy around solutions and services in alignment with core capabilities
  • Strong understanding of Cisco's monthly, quarterly and annual goals and be able to articulate and translate those to a winning strategy within Iron Bow
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Cisco within the federal business segment.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans, aligning strategic priorities and revenue targets.
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth through Cisco-aligned solution offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to launch joint solutions targeting federal agencies.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between internal stakeholders and Cisco's public sector team.
  • Enable sales teams with tools, training, and messaging for Cisco-aligned offerings in the federal space.


YOUR VALUE PROP FOR OUR TEAM



  • 8+ years of experience in strategic alliances, channel management, or business development, preferably in the federal IT space.
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco's partner ecosystem, technologies, and federal partner programs.
  • Proven ability to navigate the U.S. Federal government procurement process and contracting vehicles (e.g., SEWP, GSA, NASA).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, partner portals, and joint planning tools.
  • U.S. Citizenship required; active security clearance a plus.


TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

This position is remote and requires 10-20% travel.
