Business Line Manager, Hygienic Pump Sales

As a Business Line Manager, Hygienic Pump Sales your mission is to lead the hygienic pump sales division with technical expertise, driving growth and innovation with a commitment to delivering superior customer satisfaction through strategic market expansion, exceptional team leadership, and dedication to quality and compliance. You will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for Industrial Flow North America hygienic pump sales.

You will:

• Lead the sales operations team.
• Cultivate relationships with potential customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Conduct engaging sales training sessions to empower your team.
• Perform in-depth market research and pricing analysis to optimize our product positioning and ensure competitiveness.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand our market presence and explore new opportunities for growth.

• A minimum of 10 years sales experience in the pump industry, preferably in hygienic sales with at least 3 years in a managerial role, working as a sales leader
• Experience developing sales channels and in-depth knowledge of hygienic pump applications
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the proven ability to drive sales and manage a team
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Industrial Flow North American offices.
