About The Position |

The Campaign Coordinator will serve as a point of contact for paid campaigns sold by the TRX Partnerships team. They will be responsible for following project timelines and will work closely with key stakeholders from editorial, finance, and the Partnerships team. The person in this role will also be responsible for ensuring that all goals related to paid campaigns are met and for managing the creation and tracking of manual affiliate links. It is crucial that this individual has strong attention to detail, is highly organized, and has strong communication skills in order to succeed.

The TRX Partnerships team oversees Dotdash Meredith's extensive network of affiliate partners, cultivating relationships that drive strategic growth and value. The Partnerships team sells paid campaigns and negotiates competitive rates with our partners.

Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results

  • Create and track affiliate links for paid campaigns and organic coverage

  • Serve as POC for assigned slack channels

  • Maintain reports for assigned live campaigns

  • Provide campaign performance data to stakeholders as requested

  • Ensure campaign goals are met and that all placements are documented correctly

  • Accurately prioritize projects, questions, and requests from team members

  • Troubleshooting and problem solving

  • Serve as a liaison between editors/writers and our Account Management team

  • Communicate campaign needs/requests while staying organized and providing best in class communication

  • Coordinate with editors to provide promotional details and assets for eachpaid campaign

  • Other duties as assigned

The Role's Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or related field

Experience:

2-3 years experience in campaign management or operations for a magazine, agency, or online publisher.

  • Self starter who is able to multitask

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work well as part of a cross-functional team

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a deadline-driven, fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Ability to work within technical systems - including multiple content management systems

  • Experience with Google Drive - Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs, and other Google platforms
