Warehouse Operations Supervisor

We are currently hiring a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our growing team in Austin. $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Compensation: $57,222-$80,238 DOE Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM What We're Seeking A dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence and team development. The Warehouse Operations Supervisor ensures the warehouse runs efficiently, exceeds operational goals, and maintains a high-performing, safety-conscious team. What You'll Do
Lead day-to-day operations, including labor management, staffing, and productivity KPIs.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, FSMA, and food safety/audit standards.
Train and coach warehouse staff for performance, safety, and retention.
Promote a culture aligned with our values and collaborative team mindset.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong basic math skills.
Must pass a physical exam, drug screen, and background check.
Must be 21+ years of age.
CDL Class B with Airbrake endorsement (required in specific locations only).
Preferred
Experience in distribution/warehousing/logistics.
Truck driving background.
Certifications in logistics or warehouse operations.
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly.
Push/pull up to 300 lbs using a dolly or drag hook.
Frequent standing, twisting, bending, and reaching.
