POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Alutiiq Operations Services, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Buildings & Structures - Interior Supervisor (SMART) supporting Tinker Air Force Base located in Oklahoma City, OK. The Buildings & Structures, Interior Supervisor (SMART) oversees the installation, maintenance, and optimization of interior building elements, with a specific focus on integrating and managing "SMART" technologies (Building Automation Systems and other data analytics) to enhance efficiency, safety, and occupant experience and to optimize building performance and operations.



  • Oversee and manage on-site activities for interior construction, renovation, and maintenance projects, including the work of skilled and semi-skilled staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure the proper installation, calibration, and setup of SMART building technologies and systems, such as lighting, security, HVAC controls, and other Building Automation Systems (BAS) components.
  • Utilize the SMART building platform to monitor, measure, analyze, visualize, and manage data trends related to building and system performance. Identify and address potential gaps in system configuration and work with stakeholders to introduce additional functionality.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, design plans, quality standards, and safety regulations throughout the installation and maintenance processes.
  • Coordinates with subcontractors to ensure adherence to project plans, and maintain quality and safety standards
  • Implements and enforces safety protocols and procedures related to interior work, ensures compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior construction supervision with a strong understanding of smart building technologies and building automation systems
  • Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing), automation systems software and hardware, installation techniques, and building codes
  • Possess relevant trade certifications, including HVAC, electrical, and OSHA certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety)


Preferred Qualifications and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior construction supervision with a strong understanding of smart building technologies and building automation systems
