We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CRA Analyst to join our dynamic credit team. This role is responsible for reviewing and analyzing credit application forms and supporting documentation, including tax returns, to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proficient in Excel, and capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. *Skills* Detail oriented, Compliance, Risk analysis, Financial analysis, lending, lending compliance, Analysis, synergy, CRA *Top Skills Details* Detail oriented,Compliance,Risk analysis,Financial analysis,lending,lending compliance,Analysis,synergy *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Key Responsibilities: - Review and analyze credit applications and tax returns for accuracy and completeness. - Process and evaluate up to 100 or more loan files per month, including newly originated and renewed loans. - Ensure all required documentation is present; follow up with the lending team when information is missing or unclear. - Maintain accurate and organized records using Synergy and other internal systems. - Utilize Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and report on loan data. - Prepare written summaries and reports with clear, professional communication. - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan files. - Support CRA compliance efforts by ensuring documentation aligns with regulatory requirements. Qualifications: - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, etc.). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. - Experience with Synergy or similar document management systems is a plus. - Prior experience in banking, credit analysis, or CRA compliance is preferred. *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
