Summary

The position manages the Treasury function and provides financial analysis and debt compliance under the direction of the Senior Director, Treasury within the Controllership. It provides timely, accurate financial reporting, compliance and insights/recommendations to drive improved liquidity and profitability growth. This position is responsible for the 13-week cash forecast and other treasury reporting on a weekly basis. Additionally, coordinates extensively across business units and functions within the organization.

Essential Functions

Prepares weekly cash flow forecast
• Owns working capital management reporting and communications
• Owns building of quarterly lender presentations and compliance
• Owns preparation and review of cash budget and performance
• Reviews and approves weekly payables
• Maintains and evaluates banking relationships across various banks and accounts

Required Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in Finance / Accounting or related field
• 5 years of Treasury experience
• Superb Excel skills including developing forecast models
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
• Must be flexible and able to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.

Desired/Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Finance or Business Administration
• CTP (Certified Treasury Professional)

Pay Range

$101,000 - $150,000

Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
