Shift:Three 12-hour shifts 0700-1930 weekend days * Base Pay Range: $34.46 - $51.02 per hour/per year, based on experience * Special Pay: Additional $3.00 per hour * Shift Differentials: Additional $8.00 per hour for weekend program shift * Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 o Note: Details will be provided during the HR interview. ABOUT MEDICAL SPECIALTY Medical Specialties is a 55-bed unit divided into east and west wings. We deliver exceptional medical and nursing care to a varied patient population, ranging from young adults (18+) to the elderly. Our unit primarily admits patients with acute episodes or chronic conditions that do not necessitate a more specialized unit. We treat a wide array of illnesses, including pneumonia, sepsis, gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes, cellulitis, infectious diseases, mental status changes, and substance withdrawal. This unit is an excellent place to work, offering exposure to a broad spectrum of illnesses and a varied patient demographic. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION Provides clinical patient care within the scope of a Registered Nurse, including assessment of condition, goal setting, and nursing actions to meet the physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative needs of the patient. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN. When primary state of residency changes, compact state RNs must apply under new state of residency within thirty (30) days. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
