In the role of Administrative Project Coordinator, we'll count on you to:
- Create and maintain paper and electronic files
- Coordinate with PMs for document filing in Project Wise
- Apply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management
- Assist with updates on PMP and QMP including gathering this information from subconsultants in Pronto, scheduling project reviews and team meetings and deliverables
- Assist with meeting agendas, taking meeting minutes/compiling meeting minutes and scheduling meetings
- Maintain document control logs, action item logs and decision logs
- Type, format and organize project documents, reports, specifications and correspondence
- Exhibit professionalism with clients
- Schedule meetings
- Complete tasks autonomously
- Perform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Communication
- 1-5 years related experience
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly, follow instructions accurately, pay attention to detail, motivated to be a valuable asset to the project team
- Strong aptitude in Word and Excel
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
- A minimum of 1 years related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

The expected compensation range for this position is $54,000 - $77,000 and depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions.
