Machine Operator

• Work efficiently on assigned workstation/assembly position, monitor and track quality of assemblies and communicate any discrepancies, and continually look for ways to improve product quality.
• Inspect, assemble and touchup assemblies per J-STD-001 to meet IPC 610 quality guidelines following customer documentation, ATC procedures and specific instructions.
• Maintain and enforce established QMS procedures and documentation.
• Other duties as assigned by lead or supervisor.

• Minimum of 1 year of programming and setup experience with SMT Machines.
• Strong understanding of SMT operating procedures and electronic manufacturing processes.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and read blueprints with precision.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Soldering experience is a plus.
