Are you ready to begin a new career in manufacturing? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Analyst to join our client's team! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow in a supportive environment.

In this role, you'll assist with verifying finished goods, inputting data from Production, Manufacturing, and Inventory teams, and reporting variances or discrepancies. Create and review reports, such as next-day and travelers reports, and manage all documentation related to the receiving, storage, and transfer of products to the plant.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $22 - $24/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Monitor meat product inventory levels, track lot numbers, expiration dates, and organize products for inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing to manage and balance leftover meat product lots.
  • Run and review manufacturing and labor reports using Microsoft Dynamics ERP system.
  • Collect and verify raw material inventory and production order data daily.
  • Summarize daily production runs and maintain accurate, organized MO filing for both shifts.
  • Create MO receipts, place masa and dairy orders, manage labor hours in Excel, and print/sort travelers' reports.
  • Support production planning for special units, ensure daily store demand is met, conduct ingredient cycle counts, and review weekly variance reports.




Qualifications:



  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Associate degree in business, mathematics, or related field preferred, with 2+ years of experience as an analyst or clerk.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Holds a valid Food Handler Certification.
  • Able to work under pressure, meet expectations, and maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude.
