| Essential Job Duties |
The Temporary E-Learning Developer will be responsible for the development of an adaptive multimedia e-learning curriculum on Food Safety Auditing and Inspections using Articulate Storyline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers (IDs) to design and develop interactive e-learning modules (approximately 20 minutes each).
- Independently design and develop learning experiences, including scripting, content structuring, and media integration.
- Respond to change requests as needed throughout the development process.
- Conduct troubleshooting and quality assurance testing to ensure optimal performance and a positive learner experience.
- Provide training and documentation for current and future project designers and developers.
- Publish and test SCORM packages on Moodle or other learning management systems (LMS).
- Support integration and launch of the final curriculum on Absorb LMS.

| Minimum Experience/Education |
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology or related field
- 2+ years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or educational technology

- Google suite, Microsoft Office or similar software

- Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or other video editing software

- Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) programs such as FileZilla or WinSCP for transferring files to FBNS private server
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
