Job Summary This position is responsible for the secure, stable, and reliable operation of HCSC's Intelligent Automation platform, including UiPath, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform and associated technologies. This role leads the Intelligent Automation Operations group and is accountable for end-to-end platform lifecycle management-including availability, governance, compliance, and infrastructure alignment-across both on-premises and cloud/SaaS environments. In addition to day-to-day operational excellence, the role is also responsible for developing and executing the long-term platform strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, automation goals, and innovation initiatives. As HCSC operates within a highly matrixed organization, this role requires close partnership with Infrastructure, Information Security, Responsible AI, Risk & Compliance, and Product Engineering teams to maintain an audit-ready, secure, and scalable automation environment. This role manages a team of Systems Analysts.

Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree and 7 years Information Technology experience OR 11 years Information Technology experience.
* 3 years management experience
* Experience in application development platforms and/or languages (HTML/CSS/Java/ASP.Net/PHCSC/Ruby/C#).
* Experience in cloud computing (SaaS / PaaS).
* Experience in DevOps and/or continuous deployment and/or integration process and tools (Bamboo, jenkins, RallyDev, Jira).
* Experience in integration technologies (Tibco/Informatica/CAS).
* Experience in iterative, agile and/or scrum development.
* Experience in knowledge of product-specific application architecture.
* Experience in solution architecture.
* Ability to tie together solutions across systems.
* Application domain knowledge.
* Program and/or project management.
* Ability to influence.
* Ability to prioritize and make trade-off decisions.
* Adaptability and/or ability to manage change.
* Creative thinking.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
* Experience managing UiPath environments and governance models.
* Familiarity with security controls, Responsible AI practices, or model governance.
* ITIL Foundation Certification or proficiency in ITIL processes, operational governance, and compliance readiness.

* Experience with automation and orchestration platforms (e.g., UiPath).
* Experience working within HIPAA, SOX, or other regulated frameworks.
* Working knowledge of automation observability and performance monitoring tools.

* Proven ability to define and deliver platform roadmaps and strategic capability plans.
* Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization and influence without direct authority.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range$110,000.00 - $198,600.00
